Most people find it very easy to be grateful when they receive cash or valuable prizes. GOD has directed me to enter into the lives of the Grady boys; these four brothers were facing many challenges, I was a little nervous at first to take on such a task, with the support of their grandmother Dorothy Grady and their mother Oneida Grady, it has been a great experience! Oneida Grady was lost in a world of deception and corruption at the time I decided to become the father for these boys.
Dorothy Grady, my son’s grandmother did not give up on her daughter, she aggressively interacted in Oneida’s life in hope that she would give up her dangerous street life. I partnered up with the kids grandmother and formed a strong alliance to care for my sons no matter what I was face with. Many times I had to battle with Oneida’s drug dealing boyfriends just to keep my boys safe. There had been periods of times when I was unable to spend time with my sons because of the dangerous men Oneida brought into my kids life. During my absences, I would make sure I would speak to my sons over the phone and send them money to help support them. One thing I can say for sure, Oneida have always believed in me, she knew I loved my sons, even when her controlling boyfriends would not let me see them. At that time I was in my early 20s, being a young gay black man, trying to raise four boys was very difficult. I had to deal with the negative response from people in the community as well as my own family.
This challenge has been the best experience in my entire life, if I had to do it all over again, I would do it with great passion!
I would like to thank all of the support and kind words expressed to me during time of my oldest son’s deaf, the late Tommel Grady Dabney age 26.
I love my sons and the six grandchildren GOD has bless me to have!

GODsImage Hip Hop Gospel
Brandon, Marlon, Lamont, & Curtis, these are the members of Richmond, Virginia’s number one hip hop gospel group. These creative young men have set the stage for the music industry, they have produced their own album, and they ambitiously promote their craft to the world!
My favorite song from their album is ( Get Up ) I have had the pleasure of working with these young individuals on a few projects, such as creating their marketing video for the opening of their new school, BGA School of The ARTs. Gods Image is very unique, theses young Christians, I believe are on their way to a great success!
